1. Who we are
Iberian Alpha is a brand of Diogo Manuel Silva Botas, in Portugal (company being incorporated). He is the controller of the data described here. Contact: contacto@iberian-alpha.com.
2. This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics tools, advertising or third-party resources: fonts and images come from our own server. The server keeps no record of visits.
The website is hosted by Hetzner, in Germany (European Union).
3. When you write to us
If you email us, we receive your address, your name and what you write. We use this data only to reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in replying.
Emails to contacto@iberian-alpha.com are forwarded by Cloudflare (Email Routing) and stored in Gmail (Google). We delete them when no longer needed and at the latest 2 years after the last contact, unless a contract requires keeping them longer.
4. Our products
Dojiwise and InboxHerald have their own privacy policies on their websites: dojiwise.app/privacidade and inboxherald.app.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contacto@iberian-alpha.com. We reply within 2 working days. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
6. Complaints and disputes
You can file a complaint in the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt). For consumer disputes, you may use CNIACC – the National Centre for Consumer Information and Arbitration (www.cniacc.pt). More information on the Portuguese Consumer Portal (www.consumidor.gov.pt).
